Funding
Government Assistance Programs and Grants
The Singapore Government has been a strong advocate for digital transformation, especially among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Through initiatives such as the SMEs Go Digital programme and grants like the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) and Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), the government provides both funding and guidance to help businesses modernize their operations and adopt advanced technologies. These efforts aim to boost productivity, enhance competitiveness, and ensure long-term sustainability in a rapidly evolving digital economy.
One key area of transformation is the adoption of integrated business solutions like Oracle NetSuite — a cloud-based ERP system that streamlines core functions such as finance, inventory, CRM, and e-commerce. NetSuite aligns seamlessly with Singapore’s digitalisation goals by enabling SMEs to centralize operations, gain real-time visibility into business performance, and scale efficiently without heavy IT infrastructure investments. Government support can significantly reduce the cost of implementing such enterprise solutions, making it more accessible for growing businesses to leverage world-class tools that were once limited to large corporations.
By tapping into both government-backed digital initiatives and NetSuite’s robust capabilities, SMEs in Singapore can accelerate their digital journey and position themselves for success in a competitive, global market.
